May 2008: At the recent General Meeting of EBR in Athens, Greece, the EBR Members agreed to change the information provider of company data from Germany. The new Member is now the Bundesainzeiger Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, the Federal Gazette publishing company, directly appointed as official provider and distributor of German companies information by the Federal Ministry of Justice.
